Community Request Center
A clearer way to care for your community.
See it. Report it. Track it. Resolve it.
Owners and residents can report what they see, provide useful details and attachments, and follow each request from submission through resolution. Management receives one organized workspace to review, assign, communicate, document, and close the loop.
- ReportCategory, location, details, attachments
- Review & AssignPriority and assignment by management
- TrackStatus updates and one organized history
Better community operations start with the people who know the property best.
Owners and residents often see day-to-day concerns first. Association Radar gives them a structured way to report what they see while giving management the tools to organize, respond, document, and close the loop.
How a request moves from submission to resolution
- 1
Submit
An owner or resident describes the issue, picks a category, and can attach photos.
- 2
Review
Association management reviews new requests and sets priority.
- 3
Assign
Work is routed to the right person.
- 4
Update
Submitters see safe status updates on their request.
- 5
Resolve
The outcome is recorded, and the full history is preserved for the association.
Who the Community Request Center serves
Owners & residents
Describe the issue once, attach photos, and follow safe status updates from submission through resolution — with the history of your own requests kept in one place.
Association managers & management companies
Review new requests in one organized queue, set priority, route the work to the right person, and keep a documented record of the outcome for the association.
Board members
Authorized board members see oversight summaries of request activity — categories, volumes, and progress — not the private details of individual requests or submitters.
Requests are organized into everyday categories such as water or plumbing, electrical, elevators, common areas, amenities, landscaping, parking, trash, noise, and safety concerns.
What the Community Request Center is not
- Not an emergency service, and not monitored around the clock.
- Not the Owner & Community Concern Portal. Rental-compliance concerns stay in that separate channel.
- Not Association Radar product support. Help with the Association Radar application itself has its own support channel.
- Not automated. The Community Request Center does not send anything or decide anything automatically — people review, assign, and resolve requests.
From concern to resolution.
The Community Request Center is included with every active recurring Association Radar plan — Association Monitoring, Association Monitoring Plus, Management 5, Management 10, and a custom Larger Portfolio agreement — at no additional charge. It is not part of a one-time purchase such as the One-Time Compliance Packet.
