Choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Both are shown above; the plan itself is identical.
The Community Request Center is included with every active recurring Association Radar plan — Association Monitoring, Association Monitoring Plus, Management 5, Management 10, and a custom Larger Portfolio agreement — at no additional charge. It is not part of a one-time purchase such as the One-Time Compliance Packet.
Association Monitoring, Association Monitoring Plus, Management 5, and Management 10 include the same core compliance workflow. They differ by how many association workspaces are licensed, by the management-company portfolio views, and by Architectural Review — included with Association Monitoring Plus and the Management plans for associations that run an ARC / ARB / modification-review process.
More than ten associations, an association above the standard unit limit, an unusual multi-association structure, a custom integration, or a negotiated onboarding arrangement is quoted individually. Contact Association Radar and we will scope it with you.
Human review is always required before any notice or enforcement action. No rental platform can be searched completely, and coverage limitations are always shown. Association Radar never sends correspondence, calculates a fine, or decides that a violation occurred.
Common questions
Can I start with a one-time review?
Yes. The One-Time Compliance Packet is $349 once for one association — a point-in-time public-source review with no subscription and no ongoing monitoring. If you start Association Monitoring within the packet's access window, you may receive the approved conversion credit toward it.
What exactly am I licensing?
An association workspace: one legal association, which may include several buildings under the same governing documents, board, and owner registry. Each standard workspace includes up to 250 residential units. Unrelated associations need separate workspaces, even under the same management company.
Is monthly or annual billing available?
Both. Association Monitoring is $99/month or $990/year; Association Monitoring Plus is $149/month or $1,490/year; Management 5 is $299/month or $2,990/year; Management 10 is $499/month or $4,990/year. The plan itself is identical either way.
Can a management company use Association Radar for multiple associations?
Yes. Management 5 licenses up to 5 association workspaces and Management 10 up to 10, both with the management-company portfolio dashboard and a consolidated queue. Every association's documents, units, owners, evidence, cases, reports, and permissions stay strictly separated. More than ten associations, or an association above the standard unit limit, is arranged with a custom quote.
Do the recurring plans differ in features?
Association Monitoring, Association Monitoring Plus, Management 5, and Management 10 include the same core compliance workflow. They differ by how many association workspaces are licensed, by the management-company portfolio views, and by Architectural Review — included with Association Monitoring Plus and the Management plans for associations that run an ARC / ARB / modification-review process.
Is the Community Request Center included in my plan?
Yes, with every active recurring plan. Association Monitoring, Association Monitoring Plus, Management 5, Management 10, and a custom Larger Portfolio agreement all include the Community Request Center at no additional charge — there is no separate add-on, no per-request fee, and no usage charge. It is not included with the One-Time Compliance Packet, which is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring plan.
How Association Radar handles evidence and decisions
Does Association Radar decide that a violation occurred?
No. Association Radar organizes public evidence and flags possible under-minimum rental activity for review. Only your board, management, and counsel decide what the evidence means and what happens next.
Where does the information come from?
Public sources only — public listing pages, public reviews, and public records where available — plus concerns and evidence your association submits. Association Radar never uses private accounts, never bypasses platform protections, and never collects guest personal data.
What if public information is incomplete?
Missing data is shown as not found rather than guessed, every item carries its source and capture date, and confidence levels make the strength of the evidence explicit. An unavailable source is documented as unavailable, never as evidence.
Can notices or fines be sent automatically?
No — and by design they never will be. Association Radar prepares editable drafts and evidence packages; sending anything is always a human decision made through your association's own process, and Association Radar does not assess or recommend a fine amount.
