The short version: this website collects nothing about you unless you submit the contact or Get Started request form, and even then only the minimum needed to respond.

What this website collects
Browsing this website requires no account and sets no tracking cookies. There are no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets, or session-replay tools. If you submit the contact or Get Started form, it collects only your name, your work email, an optional association or management-company name, your role, an optional association count, and an optional message.
How it is stored and used
Requests are stored in the application database, are reachable only by an authenticated administrator, are never published or sold, and are used solely to respond to you. Submitting the form does not create an account, start any research, or activate billing.
Retention and deletion
Information submitted through a request form on this website is kept while we handle the request and for no more than 24 months, unless the association becomes a customer, in which case it follows the customer account retention policy. When a subscription is canceled the association's workspace is archived rather than hard-deleted, so the association's records and history remain available to it; archiving is not deletion. Requests to delete personal information are handled separately from workspace archiving, and we comply where we are legally required to do so. We may retain information where a legal hold applies, where deletion would break the integrity of our tamper-evident audit records, where it forms part of fraud or security records, or where another lawful retention obligation applies, and we will say why when we cannot delete. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days, or after 12 hours of inactivity; password-reset links expire after one hour; invitations expire after seven days; uploaded files that never complete virus scanning are deleted after 24 hours; and public concern-submission links expire after at most 365 days. No record is deleted while a legal hold applies.
The application itself
The Association Radar application uses a session cookie strictly for authentication and works with public-source information and association-authorized submissions under its own access controls, retention settings, and audit trail. It does not collect guest personal data and does not use private accounts or non-public sources.

Association Radar is provided by Caro Development Enterprises, LLC. We are located in Fruit Cove, Florida. For privacy questions, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact admin@associationradar.com. We handle and respond to requests within the period required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
