Electronic Voting
Voting made easy.
Plus feature · Coming to Plus
From election setup to secure voting and automatic tallying, Association Radar helps your community manage elections in one place.

One guided workflow
How an election runs
Set up
A guided checklist takes the board through the rules, the ballot, the notices and the officials, in order.
Schedule voting
The ballot is locked, the eligible units are certified, and voting opens and closes on its own schedule.
Vote
Owners vote for each of their units on a phone or a computer, and keep a receipt with a ballot check code.
Count
After voting closes, the tally official opens the sealed ballot box once and the count is calculated automatically.
Certify
A designated official who is not a candidate certifies the result, and owners see it once it is published.

Built around units
- Who may vote comes from the association's certified unit and ownership records.
- Each unit casts one ballot: co-owners share their unit's vote, and an owner of several units votes for each of them.
- Voting weights are exact, as the governing documents set them.
- Paper and in-person ballots are recorded beside electronic ones, so each unit is counted once.
What it is not
- It does not decide whether an election follows your governing documents or the law; your board and its advisers do.
- It does not show results while voting is open. Results come after voting closes and the ballot box is opened.
- No receipt and no ballot check shows how anyone voted.
- It is not yet available to customers: Electronic Voting is coming to Plus.
