Security & privacy
Association Radar is built to keep association work private, access controlled, and evidence handled responsibly — with people, not automation, making the decisions.
How access and evidence are handled
Organization-isolated access
Each association's data lives in its own organization. Members see only the properties they are granted; there is no cross-organization access.
Authenticated workspaces
Every application route is behind authentication. There is no public sign-up — accounts are created by invitation only.
Hashed passwords & server-enforced routes
Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are protected, and every application and API route enforces access on the server.
Private provider credentials
Research-provider credentials are kept server-side and are never sent to the browser or shown to association users.
Public sources, clearly bounded
Association Radar uses public information only. It does not use private accounts, bypass platform protections, or collect unnecessary personal data.
Human review, no auto-publication
Association findings are never automatically published anywhere. People review the evidence and decide; Association Radar documents.
Responsible data handling
Association-submitted and public-source information is retained for review and deleted per policy. Association Radar does not sell association data.
What we do not claim
Association Radar does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI certification, and its legal and privacy documents have not been reviewed by outside counsel. The published Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund and cancellation policy, and Subscription terms are the current approved documents. For how the website itself handles requests, see the Privacy page.
